      Pros

      Great benefits package; free PPO dental through Avesis ($2k annual max), trainer is amazing (!!!) & the management are actually the best sups/leads I've ever had at any job. They are very forgiving of family emergencies and working well with schedules. Easy work flow once you get the hang of it.

      Cons

      Back 2 back calls the entkre shift a d a lot of interpreter calls. Not much help available after training bay - they do NOT keep a running chatroom for help.

      Pros

      Benefits and 401(k) are decent. Compensation is decent and flexibility for time off and holidays is nice.

      Cons

      Culture is gutted. Going through an acquisition so the regularly scheduled and reoccurring layoffs will probably increase. Key players that have been around for a while are suddenly departing, which is always concerning. Leadership and what’s left in HR seem to be doing the wrong things and taking risks that aren’t best for EE’s, only bottom line.
