You have a fantastic attitude towards your role, your contribution, your performance and Avetta. Thank you. We know that you are amazing at your job simply based on the way you choose to show up each day. In fact, your positive attitude and hard work is genuinely valued and appreciated. Let's have more fun together, we totally agree! Perhaps this is where we need more feedback... With all of the activities that the company sponsored in 2015- 2016 (you know, the week off in late December, the Angel's game, food trucks, fun Friday events, etc.), the consistent feedback is that Avetta's culture can still be improved. Is your foosball table the linchpin that will transform organization? In all seriousness, it might be! Avetta's executive team takes company Culture to heart. A suggestion box (of sorts) may be the most positive way to transform our organization. We are all in this together. We all rise together.
