      Pros

      Ive been with Avetta a little over 3 and a half months now, and it is A GREAT place to work if your work ethic matches Avetta's need for individuals wanting to help the company grow, and successfully expand in a quick and evolutionary fashion! We need to set a higher bar... it helps the overall drive and success of others! Amazing health benefits, no micro-management, upper management is very approachable, family friendly, and WILL genuinely listen to concerns and help find a way to remedy them. LOVE that they will stop by and visit with us and see how our day is going, and take the time to get to know us as individuals. Culture is very diverse, with very different and fun personalities and teams...wouldn't have it any other way!

      Cons

      Layoffs have been a bit disheartening...but I guess if you are proving your worth, you shouldn't have to worry.. (One would hope!) Fun smaller incentives weekly would be Nice!

      Supportive and collaborative work environment with talented colleagues who are committed to peer success. Avetta offers opportunities to work on challenging problems, gain exposure to industry-leading technology, and contribute to a company that continues to grow and innovate in contractor risk management and supply chain solutions.

      Cons

      Avetta is growing quickly and with that can come challenges in keeping trainings up to date and valid, shifting priorities and communication between groups. However, they address these challenges very quickly.

      Only few months in, so still learning internal processes. No major downsides yet.
