In fact, those individuals shaped the organization and who we are today. We agree that there are talented professionals who work here now and we agree that every individual who has given his or her time to the Company is someone valued, respected and appreciated. About the founders, they made a decision to recapitalize the organization, securing it's long term growth and continued success. No push of any sort rather a pull to bring in new way resources.
