Non-transparent and deceitful. Don't ever believe anything unless you see it in writing. Managers say they will change compensation packages but then nothing ever changes. They tell employees out on disability that their jobs are secure but then turn around and fire employees bc of said disabilities. Of course legally they cite the reason as "abscence causing unecessary strain on the company" which is odd because they fire people regularly saying that the company doesn't have enough work to go around. Contradictory statements like these make it hard to believe anyone is sincere. A company that actually cared about employees that have worked there for several years would make an effort like hiring a temp while employees recover. Instead, Avetta just makes a superficial paper trail to make it look like they tried. Typical for a company that only cares about the profit. They will take any chance they can to get rid of an employee and try to save money. This is not shocking given the way they treat clients like nothing more than a payday. The hiring and firing of people doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason. Just don't get too sick to work and you might have better luck.
