So, before we go any further, thank you for all that you contribute, thank you for choosing Avetta, and thank you for your attitude. Avetta agrees, there are a great deal of perks that come along with all of our hard work! High-five, standing ovation and a loud cheer for your comment about better communication. In fact, we should all write down the gossip/folklore and share what we have heard! I bet it would make for some wild stories and great laughs. Seriously, we hear you and we agree with you. And we ask you one favor...Ask. Ask any executive. Inquire. Get to understand the changes and then be a part of the communication. There are no moves or changes (not a single one) that happens without all of the executives being informed or without extensive discussions, myriad alternative considerations, and intense analysis. It sounds simple, but communicating that out is an area of improvement. We get it. More fruit to come, you were reading our minds. :)
