It has been a year since I started working at Avetta and my experience has been nothing but gratifying. I am surrounded with people who take pride in their work along with an intelligent, approachable, and supportive management team that work hard to make sure we have everything we need to get the job done right.
As someone relatively new to software development, I could not have picked a better company to work for. On the engineering team, we are constantly encouraged to challenge ourselves, think big and not be afraid to make mistakes. Using innovative tools and technology, we are given all the necessary resources and support we need to create a product that is a pleasure for clients to use. There is also a lot of room to grow within the company.
