Throughout my tenure at Avetta, I’ve witnessed company growth from a handful of employees to where we are at today. I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the most professional and competent people. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with many of the different departments in the organization and I’ve also had the pleasure of creating several new teams that now flourish and serve our clients. At Avetta there is always room for career advancement. For those employees who endeavor to further their career, they have always had an opportunity at Avetta to do so as we have hired from within on many occasions. The opportunities that many people have here at Avetta are not found in many other companies. If you do your job well and are willing to learn more about the business, our products and our services, you will go a long way at Avetta. Cons
I guess I am biased but if you look for the negatives you will find them. I always try to find the positives in everything. If you have enough negatives with the company that employees you or the colleagues you have then it's probably time to look for something that is more gratifying and fulfilling for you to embark on. People should be proud of the team they are on and the mission that team is set to fulfill.
