The work-life balance is excellent — coming from a tier-1 tech company, I've found Avetta a real step up here. The total package is competitive for a company this size, with genuine room to learn and grow.

The company is growing and hiring fast, and process has lagged a little behind. You may occasionally need to figure something out and document it for the first time — normal growing pain, and a chance to help shape how things get done. The pace can feel slow if you're used to moving fast. Whether that's a downside depends on you: if you value work-life balance, it may feel more like a feature.

Avetta is growing quickly and with that can come challenges in keeping trainings up to date and valid, shifting priorities and communication between groups. However, they address these challenges very quickly.
