Worse Company to work for - Software Developer Avetta Employee Review

I don't think you find a future there. The VP of technology is very immature, arrogant, and unprofessional, who thinks he's smart. He will take it very personal if you try to improve the current code area that has been written by him. Can you imagine that the code is written by a person who doesn't have a formal education in software or science? Your supervisor is afraid of losing his job, so he doesn't have any power to protect his team. Company doesn't want to invest to its people. You might be tempted to work there because they give you an important title, but the title doesn't really reflect to anything (salary or responsibility). Final advice: run away, don't walk!
