Pros
Pros: Corporate Environment; Mom and Pop Shop Culture. Never a dull moment, there is always work to be done! The company growing at an unfathomable pace. There is food everywhere. The colleagues treat you more like a friend than a colleague. There are no people with negative intentions in this company. Growth occurs, based purely on merit. Great opportunity to learn. The management is very open minded and supportive of growth - Leadership is good. There is a colleague who, started around the time I did, mention to me "I have worked at many places, but I have never seen anything like this." Not really quite sure what other corporate environments would entail, but this is and still is, a great experience for a fresh out of college grad's first job.
Cons
Small variables here and there, but nothing severe enough to place into this comment box. The pros by a large distance outweighs the cons.
