Full of fluff - Manager Avetta Employee Review

I have never worked for a company that is more clueless about strategy. It constantly changes, and it's not that Avetta has a bad strategy, they don't have one. The customers over and over tell us how Avetta does not provide them any real value. Most people that use Avetta, use it because they HAVE to in order to run their business. Avetta reminds me of Dish before streaming services such as Netflix took over. People used Dish because there were almost no other options, and the other options were just as bad. The CTO, CPO and CEO are very good talkers but don't know how to actually lead.
