Pros
PICS is a growing company with a lot of opportunity for career development. If you are wiling to take on new challenges there are many opportunities to carve out your own career path. The company is transitioning from a smaller founder run company to a more Enterprise SW company, with that there are growing pains. Engagement is high and the different teams seem to be building better communications paths.
Cons
Lots of changes, some daily/weekly, not a CON if you are adaptable and willing to shift with the company. If you must have bedrock stability this may be an issue Communication - More please, but much improved
