Pros
PICS supplies an environment where you're provided all the tools and opportunities to be successful. My manager trusts the decisions I make, is available when I need, and truly values my personal success and happiness. The amount I have learned in the last year is tremendous. There have recently been some human capitol changes and now I can confidently state that I work with a passionate team where we constantly strive to be on the same page and think BIG picture. Skys are the limit with this company and it could not be more of an exciting time to be apart of it all.
Cons
PICS' offices currently are in two separate buildings right next to each other, it doesn't sound like much but does contribute to the department wide overlap and collaboration. The 401K offering is limited where you are unable to contribute within the first year.
