Avetta Response
3yWe are glad you found the work in a Supplier Support Specialist role relatively easy. All Supplier Support Specialist go through an extensive, 4-week training that includes knowledge base training, software proficiency, job shadowing, and occasional phone work to gauge readiness. This allows new hires to be well prepared to be on the floor and pass the necessary certifications. Each employee gets two chances to pass the exam in order to become certified. This training plan has proven to work for the majority of our valued Supplier Success Representatives. If an employee is underperforming, Avetta takes appropriate action. HR has an open door policy and always welcomes employees to reach out. The HRIS system and onboarding platform that Avetta uses allow new hires to self-identify their gender and pronouns. In addition, all employees are welcome to include their pronouns in their email signature – and many of them do so. Regarding diversity, 36% of our workforce belongs to underrepresented groups based on their race and ethnicity. Avetta strives to promote diversity and inclusion in its workforce and culture. This may be difficult to glean with a global employee base, but we certainly espouse the value of diversity. We are saddened that it was not your experience.
