From engagement surveys, where we give all employees a chance to let us know how we are doing and how we can improve; to investing in individual development plans so that each employee can feel a sense of purpose and belonging/contribution to a greater organizational good; to maintaining an incentives plan that's specifit to the SSP organization, and a recognition program (EPIC) that we believe is fundamental to a strong team culture - with all that in place, we see a strong team culture being developed.
