As you know, workforce reductions have unfortunately been a part of the current economic climate for some time now, and we are not immune to the macro economic conditions, such as the recession and inflation. These are the factors that largely dictate the necessity for trimming the workforce at this time. This does not mean that the Company does not value all of the contributions made by every single employee, nor that we don't work very hard to try to avoid layoffs.
