      Pros

      Flexible work environment, great coworkers, complex problems to solve.

      Cons

      Organizational structure needs some work, but it is trending in the right direction. Bonuses are more tied to company performance than individual. Salaries have not kept up with market rates, and raises last year were dismal for many employees. No women in c-suite.

      Thank you for your feedback. We recognize that bonus structures being tied to overall company performance did not work for a lot of employees, and we have updated that for next year's payouts. Regarding salary increases, they are tied to individual performance as well as market rates. We utilize a global market survey system that allows us to remain competitve with our salary grades. We are also happy to let you know that our Talent Development team does offer formal career paths in our Avetta University system.       Pros

      Everyone seems to want you to succeed, they are willing to hop on a call, record a video or even help build a document. There are some highly talented people here to learn from. The product is strongly positioned and functions well.

      Cons

      There are many teams involved in the process. At times the team is siloed but making strong efforts to break down the silos and even so people are happy to connect
