There is no sense of leadership. My manager was not meant to be a leader or manager, too busy working on their projects for Professional Services and didn't take time out to make sure I had available resources for onboarding. When you hire someone new to the company, you should at least give them proper training for the job they do. The new hire should not only get help from the employee with seniority of 2 months who is also running their own projects and wasn't inclusive on shadowing them. I addressed my issues with training in my 3 month evaluation saying I don't have proper training, I don't have any projects to work on. No one is giving me anything to do at work. I addressed that I felt like I'm not a part of the team as I feel like I was just hired just to be hired. Come to my 6 month evaluation and turns out I'm let go because I wasn't doing any projects and blamed me for having errors on my FIRST project with little to no training which I previously addressed as a concern at my 3 month evaluation. My manager may be good at their job in Professional Services department, but wasn't a good leader/manager to be leading new hires that are new to the company and the industry the company serves. I felt like I was setup for failure from the start.
