Great to be part of a truly global organisation yet has a real fraternity that makes you feel as a fully participating/contributing/accountable member wherever you may be located on whatever timezone. Management seek and act on feedback on aspects of the business - they are driving competitive disruption through innovation and developing excellence in execution as the paradigm. Transparency and accountability to you and your team members is core to our culture. Not everyone can deal with that paradigm. I cant play football.
