I joined PICS recently and part of my duties include client requirement gathering, implementation of our SAAS based solution, and ongoing support of the sales team during the sales process. It was required to go to the head office in the U.S for in depth training , there I met with various departments which I work closely with in delivering our software solution and this has given me the perfect foundation to build on to be successful in my role. I find that management is in tune with what is relevant in a SAAS company and after meeting with the CEO and CPO , I am very excited with the direction and new developments that are planned for the future. There seems to be a good understanding on what we, as a company need to do, to remain relevant and groundbreaking, with our service and our product in a highly competitive market. It's good to be part of a dynamic team that takes on board recommendations from staff and would go out of their way to ensure you have the right tools to succeed.
Cons
Working with such a large customer base can be challenging at times but, in 99% of the cases a desired outcome is achieved.
