Pros
- Great atmosphere, overall. - The new leadership team is doing a great job in most respects and is improving every single day. - I have been given great hope of upward mobility recently. I am rating "Career Opportunities" a 3-star because while I have hope for promotion, it is still just hope. - PICS is very generous with team-building events such as catered lunches, holiday parties, etc.
Cons
- Communication has been rough in the past, but is trending in the right direction. Though, it is still an issue. - Huge disparity between the "haves" and the "have nots." The level of expertise expected of CS related positions and vast amount of work far exceeds the pay. I believe this to be, at least in part, due to those who can affect salary levels being kept in the dark as to how much work is really done by these people and/or not truly knowing what each person's job actually is. Luckily, the great working environment helps offset that to some small extent. - Career path is foggy.
