Pros
The Sr. Leadership team is a who's who of top Silicon Valley talent, they have all left much larger companies for this opportunity which inspires a ton of confidence. Market is target rich and largely untapped and the opportunity for success is enormous. Currently paying at the top end of the range to attract top talent in all functions, this a great time to come on board.
Cons
There are some growing pains that come with change, but if you come into it with your eyes open they are easy to avoid.
