      Being on Tati's team doesn't feel like you're below management, we are all one. Even Tati's boss, Scott, is the same way. My manager(s) actually listens to suggestions and tries to make adjustments when they're needed. I am very thankful that I transitioned from education to Avetta.

      Cons

      Would like more legit inbound leads to follow up on in my territory.
