The company has grown very quickly in recent years but has not established any synergy between departments created to support each other, so things are a bit messy and disorganized.
To justify the high pay I got the impression that I was given the same workload that would have been distributed amongst 2 to 3 people at my last company. This might not be everyone's experience, but it seemed to be consistent with colleagues I spoke with in other regions. Your boss truly makes all of the difference.
New employee onboarding/training was pretty scarce as well. It went on for about 6 or 8 weeks but we mainly focused on how to sell v what we're actually selling.
