Pros
Pros are your immediate supervisors are great. They make sure you get your hours and make sure you’re taken care of. If you need off all you have to do is ask and they’ll work around the schedule to accommodate your needs.
Cons
Upper management thinks they know the best way for you to do your job, when they’ve never in their lives driven a truck. There is very little understanding. What I mean is if there’s a reason you’re late beyond your control to a customer your immediate supervisor will catch heat. They think if a gps says it takes 12 hours to get somewhere then that’s what it should take you. Not taking into consideration wrecks, road closures, road work, etc.
