Poor Management - No training - Accounting Aviagen Employee Review

Management has no clue how to manage. They do not give performance reviews, do not train, expect you to work 60+ hours each week. They have no clue how to do your job so they don't know if you need help or not and have no clue what you do. Worst experience I have had in my entire career, which spans over 30 years. Do not recommend employment in the Accounting/Finance department.
