Pros
Great people to work with. Small company you get to meet and network with almost everyone. Improvements are continuous, from 5S implementation to safety for employees, Training dept. has made great strides and now have a much cleaner efficient Online learning system. Ambitious for expansion.
Cons
Mid-management is lacking consistently for manufacturing, constantly revolving supervisors/managers. Placing employees under extreme stress/pressure because no overtime can occur, but expecting the same results. No hourly differential for those who work 2nd shift and stay in till almost morning shift starts. Micro managing employees only leads to employees not giving a 100% effort and leaving (Job market is good now). No recognizing employee who want to grow with-in the company (No growth opportunities). Not thinking things thru before implementing growth in the manufacturing operations.
