Pros

Company culture is rich with intelligent, team work oriented people. Everyone is focused on doing their part in helping in the fight against cancer which has inflicted so many of our family and friends. There are fun socials and breakfast that allow us to meet and greet and get to know people we haven't met yet.

Cons

No tuition reimbursement. Company is growing so office space is limited. More mentorship would be welcomed.

Too much overtime. I feel like we are under staffed. Work life balance was a lot better 1-2 years ago.
