Wrong people and amateurs in leadership positions. Managers with no people and management skills No accountability between employees and department. Deadlines are mere suggestions and no one takes them seriously. Quick to blame others. Very against new ideas since its been done like since the 80s. Incapable of expanding point of view. HR is not very honest.... Industry standard terminology is very loosely standard.
