Pros
The company had excellent benefits for a small company, with multiple options for Health and Dental Insurance. Optical Insurance was completely covered by the company.
Cons
It is next to impossible to get a raise or title change. Management specifically looks for hardworking employees to pile work onto with no additional compensation. All managers look out for each other and do little to solve issues raised by their subordinates. Managers also display obvious preferences to which workers they like better. The company also has a problem with nepotism, rooted all the way back to HR, and management refuses to fire the employee that benefits from the nepotism, despite obvious fireable offenses. Workflow is also extremely outdated, and they are still not entirely digitized. The company also takes on multiple work contracts at once with tight production schedules but refuses to hire additional help in order to mitigate workflow blockages.
