Horrible Company Culture - Anonymous employee Avid Bioservices Employee Review

The company itself is money hungry and does not care for the people. Avid has a horrible turnover rate and recruit director level new hires rather than recruit for people that actually do the work from a lower position. During company gatherings the higher ups would always highlight how we are financially successful. There was no mention of employee appreciation. I do not recommend working at this company unless you want to be verbally harassed, not shown empathy for employee relation issues and micromanaged.
