Pros
Good product lineup. Company products are the market leaders in many sectors. Burlington offices are pretty. Pay and benefits are competitive. Easy job.
Cons
Recent brain/talent drain. Management is lost, has no concrete direction. Product managers have no ideas and/or are not trying to develop their products; most features and new products are born out of engineering with little or no real customer interaction. Engineering is throwing things at the wall to see what sticks because nobody else is setting a clear direction. Most of engineering is fighting fires most of the time (they've even named it: 'code blue' program). Very little opportunity to explore new tech, develop your career, etc.
