Pros

Management consideration for employees when time off is needed. I believe Gary and his team still strive to promote a family environment amidst a horribly difficult econonomy. Folks expect the leadership team to solve the world's economic problems...it's not their job. Their job is to make the stockholder's profitable. None of us are chained to a computer and desk. Not happy...go. Stop the whinning about 'the way it was'...life really does change. I don't believe anyone has a " can't pack your bags clause in the contract". Personally, I like a month's pay for hard work and doing what my employer expects me to do. I get nice benefits (same as everyone) and I'm still working...take a look at CNN job stats folks. Only Gary and his staff know what the 'grand' plan is...and I truely belive the first step was to save the company.

Cons

Leadership team communication is not what it should be. I have to agree here. Though lately it's been stepping up so I think this is on the radar and being moved up on the priority list. Let's face it, you can't hit every item all at once.

Pros

• Some coworkers try to support each other despite the environment • You quickly learn how to handle stress (whether you want to or not)

Cons

• Toxic and reactive management style • Constantly shifting expectations with little to no clear direction • Unrealistic workload with pressure to meet metrics that don’t reflect reality • Lack of accountability from leadership—issues are pushed down instead of addressed • Poor communication across the board, leading to confusion and wasted time • Employees are not supported • Burnout is common and ignored
