Pros

I honestly can't think of any. They are able to pay their bills and payroll?

Cons

Where do I begin? Horrible management and managers, company has no direction at all, morale is lower than I thought it could ever go. Glad they got out of their financial brouhaha, but it's amazing to me they are still relevant and in business. I'd like to know what group(s) the people giving the optimistic reviews are working in. If you are desperate for a paycheck or looking for a miserable/dead end job, Avid is probably an OK choice...keep in mind they layoff people pretty often.

• Some coworkers try to support each other despite the environment • You quickly learn how to handle stress (whether you want to or not)

Cons

• Toxic and reactive management style • Constantly shifting expectations with little to no clear direction • Unrealistic workload with pressure to meet metrics that don’t reflect reality • Lack of accountability from leadership—issues are pushed down instead of addressed • Poor communication across the board, leading to confusion and wasted time • Employees are not supported • Burnout is common and ignored
