Much in the way of overall company improvement over the last few years with new emerging opportunities for individual advancement and fresh upper management paving the way for future growth and profitability.

With new upper management taking the company in a new direction there are some unknowns as to where the company may be headed in the future. So far everything seems to be on the right track.
