      Pros

      Offer medical benefits, but they are extremely expensive

      Cons

      Zero training, very out for money and themselves, do not care about employee satisfaction. They are notorious for lay offs and minimum raises. Biggest corporation flaw is they keep acquiring more businesses and failing to keep the foundation sturdy.

      Great team in service. Love working with them every day. Great work/life balance on the Service team.

      Projects handed over unfinished/with significant issues. Company reducing headcount while acquiring other businesses and buying new vans.
