Teamwork: joining Avispa without a recruiting background, the team managed to make a person feel welcomed, supported and brought up to the task of finding the best talent and giving the best experience for candidates in no time. Opportunity to grow: with the previously mentioned teamwork AVISPA enables you to grow professionally as well as being a part of the company's growth and development. Transparency: You are being encouraged to ask questions and you will be given answers, as well as being updated on all current events. Rewards: your work will be rewarded. Not only financially (and that is already above average!) but the team and the CEO will recognize and highlight your success. No real cons so far. AVISPA is growing and developing which leads to changing approaches and that can be challenging but every concern will be heard and you are able to be a part of a better solution.
