      Pros

      Good communication on avispa's end. Interestingly, even as a contractor you can still get sick hours which was really good. You'd just have to relay messages to both Avispa and your UCSF supervisor. It was also a nice way to put your foot in with UCSF. (They mostly view internal applications so they can view yours even as a contractor). Avispa reaching out to me was essentially how I was able to get my job with UCSF today.

      Cons

      Starting pay is low but once you get onboarded permanently it's totally worth it.

      The team was very professional. They communicate very well. They made the process easy and seamless. They were available to answer any questions and put my mind at ease. It was a wonderful experience to work with Avispa.

      There is none to speak of.
