Working with large companies can put you into some great contacts and opportunities when you get laid off.
Cons
Sales team is incompetent and still gets commission even if they do not meet goals and cause layoffs due to lack of work Leadership is more concerned about profits than employee welfare Leadership makes massive bonuses even if we have more layoffs Treated like a number (your employee number is on your id card) They will start you out at the bottom of the pay band no matter your level of experience and give you the same raise even if you get awards for good work
