Slow processes...things work on Avnet time Seem to have difficulty making decisions Positions seem to change too often (I performed 3 roles for 5 managers in 18 months) They could leverage past experiences and networks better No recognition for performing duties that benefit the company when those activities are outside the scope of postion Seem to try new things by using the same old methods
