Executive management is awful in every division. The management team in TS & Embedded do not value their employees. Only friends of executives are hired and promoted. Everyone else stays in the same position. The pay is not at all competitive - which I learned after I left the company and immediately found the industry paid much higher. Healthcare option is only beneficial to the employees working at the headquarter offices in Arizona - the rest of the states.. awful coverage.
