Pros
If you want to stay at one company for 20 years, be a "yes" man/woman and work with a bunch of people that have no clue about the real world, then this is the place for you. Just check your boxes every day and you can retire from the company. On the plus side, there are a lot of very nice people there, but those people do not pay your salary.
Cons
Promotions are hard to come by unless you know the right old guy in charge of a division or in the "special club". If you think you can join this company with fresh ideas, think twice about it, there is only one way to do things and it's their way! As for compensation, it is low, so do not expect to make any real money.
