Pros
The full hired employees provide a great environment. Management in the warehouse were hands on, communicated with the staff, and provided a "we are a team atmosphere". They were willing to work with schedules and paid attention to the strengths and weakness of their employees. Employees with behaviors in the below "cons" section did not last long there.
Cons
Some of the workers through the temp service had very questionable integrity and little to no professionalism. Employees stood around yelling curse words at each other, threatening each other, and sometimes smelled like alcohol.
