Good experience - Business Development Manager Avnet Employee Review

There were separate sales groups that could sell the same products as other groups , creating situations where would not receive credit for certain product line sales for which I had responsibility, yet spent time supporting those customers. It was a small percentage of my overall sales. While not overly time consuming, it did create some discomfort. Changes in strategy and realignment of staff and duties took place on a few occasions. While frustrating , it's not atypical in any large company as well as in other industries.
