Colleagues are all lovely, extra responsibility is given out to those who show an interest to gain experience in more senior roles.

Cons

Pay rises are given out randomly, would be more motivational to give them out after one or two years of working

unfair pay, almost no communication, I never even got a job description, owner of the company is toxic and intentionally starts rumors so he can trace back to who in the company gossips. very little accountability and no HR.
