Friendly Atmosphere, customers are usually very friendly too which is a plus. Great experience and a learning experience

Cons

Cost cutting is an issue, sometimes undercut the quality of the business. Can be extremely political in relation to higher members of staff.

unfair pay, almost no communication, I never even got a job description, owner of the company is toxic and intentionally starts rumors so he can trace back to who in the company gossips. very little accountability and no HR.
