No notice terminations - Anonymous employee Axalta Employee Review

There was no notification that they were going to cut more jobs in an area where we don't have many employees to begin with. My position was terminated, and it was effective immediately. No warning, no notice, just terminate the position and be gone. I was not allowed to clear out my office. I was treated like I was fired and not as though they cut my position. Was not the last hired, and was the only caucasian in this role in the plant in my location.
