      Pros

      Great company to work for - great boss. There have been some growing pains in inventory and price increase which makes sales challenging but its to be expected. Great company and great management so far.

      Cons

      Not a whole lot of advancement opportunities without relocating. Smaller company than where I came from and there are not many levels.

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
