With regards to defining the projects earlier, there is always that opportunity to define and clarify earlier in the process and we will certainly be working to provide more "certainty" earlier in the program.       Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
